Congress Chief says Chiru entry would not effect them

D Srinivas - A P Congress Committee Chief stated in Hyderabad and stated Chiru is not threat to Congress Part at all. In 1982 N T R launched his party as there was no alternate to Congress, but today situation is not the same. Chiru entry may effect T D P but not Congress.
